Booking Form Due to our increasing popularity we regret to announce that we are having to register for VAT from the 1st of January 2020 , our charges will remain the same but 20% VAT will be added onto the total of your bill.( This is not our choice but by rule of law ) On the plus side we will be increasing our level of cat care and interaction with them by employing another member of staff later in Spring 2020 and all being well some more Juliet Balconies . Vaccinations are Essential
To be fair to fellow boarders, all guests will be expected to bring with them current certificates for Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu, prior to acceptance. Proof of this MUST be brought with your cat and stay in your file until departure. The course of vaccination must have been completed at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. This applies to all cats even indoor cats!
Boosters must have been administered more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Your cat must be treated against fleas & wormed before staying at the Premier Cats Hotel. Not all flea treatments are effective, please ask your vet for advice. The cost of any flea treatment necessary during your cat’s stay will be charged.
A £50 deposit will be required for each week booked to confirm all bookings. This will be none refundable. Payment to be made in FULL on arrival. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a booking commencing will incur the full booking charge. (This may be reclaimable from holiday insurance).
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance to cats that show signs of illness, do not have a valid vaccination card and a full queen in heat or unneutered males over 6 months. These cats would upset the peace and harmony we are trying to promote within our establishment. Any refusal of admittance the cat owner is liable for the full booking fee.
If applicable, your cat’s medical conditions must be brought to our attention prior to arrival, in order that we can administer medication and care for the condition successfully.
All cats are insured whilst resident. This is for your cat becoming ill or sustaining an injury during their stay. This will not cover pre –existing conditions. (Known or unknown) The cost of veterinary fees not covered by our insurance will be the responsibility of the owner. Transporting your cat to and from the veterinary surgery will not be covered by insurance and will be charged at a fee of £10 per visit.
A Premium day rate is charged for Christmas day, New Years day and Easter Sunday and minimum stay of 4 days for peak holiday periods. At all other times the minimum charge of 3 days will apply
Whilst every care and precaution is taken with each cat boarded at the Premier Cats Hotel, the proprietors cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease or death that may occur during their stay.
If in the unlikely event your cat has not been collected within 14 days of the planned check- out date, without communication from the owner. The cat will be become the property of Premier Cats Hotel and we reserve the right to place the cat with new owners.
Cats must be transported in a secure and suitable pet carrier
Premier Cats Hotel will endeavour to supply and feed as instructed by the owner, however alternative brands and diets maybe difficult to obtain. In these cases owners are advised to supply they’re own food for the duration of the stay. We find eating a familiar diet is essential for the wellbeing of our guests.
Sharing accommodation is only available to cats from the same household. If in a boarding situation they are found not to be compatible, it may be necessary to separate them for their own safety, in which case we reserve the right to charge for extra accommodation or telephone your emergency contact to see if the situation can be resolved in some other way.
Charges + Times
Charges for all boarders are per day. (This includes day of arrival and day of departure).

Mondays to Saturday’s: 9am to 12 noon and 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Sunday’s: 9.30am – 11.30am only
Closed Bank Holidays. Out of hours collections by appointment only, antisocial hours subject to extra charges
Collections made on day of departure after 10.30am will be charged a full day
