We’ve held our current boarding prices since February 2022 but due to the ever increasing costs in running The Premier Cats Hotel and to maintain our highest standards of care, we have no choice but to increase our fees for all bookings commencing from
1st January 2024
Our fees continue to be ‘all inclusive’ boarding and include VAT.

Luxury accommodation for sophisticats Premier Cats Hotel is the latest concept in holiday care for your treasured pussy cat
We are a totally indoor purpose built Hotel, all the rooms are supersized for family or single occupation the rooms are 3m x 3m with large double glazed windows each with deep sunbathing shelves to watch the chickens and the birds.
Our rooms are fitted out to the highest standard with comfy beds, chairs with cushions, various height surfaces, play equipment and climbing /scratching trees. Well insulated and heated we also have hospital standard flooring and walls, keeping any cross infection at low risk.
Premier Cats Hotel offers excellent value, this includes good quality food and the individual attention that only a small boutique hotel can afford to give to its guests. We pride ourselves on the little extra touches that make your cat’s holiday "just purrfect".
We are able to follow specific dietary requirements for all our guests, and like to include some regular treats of fresh chicken breast and fish.
Ideally located near to Exeter International Airport we are handy for drop off and collections, for an extra fee we can arrange out of hours pick-ups. Car parking for Exeter Airport is also available, special rates can be negotiated if using both services.
Everyone would like to come home from holiday to find their beloved pet happy, safe, clean and contented. Our aim is to be the best cattery in Devon, our premises are already the best on offer!
GENERAL INFORMATION
Our family home is just 25 paces to the Premier Cats Hotel and next to our long established McBains Antiques business, which my husband Gordon and son Arran run in the adjacent building. I have always wanted to work with animals, having had a wide variety of pets in the past. As a family business my daughters & son will be involved in some aspects of hotel life.
I have also completed a Cattery management course run by the Feline Advisory Bureau, and a specific First Aid course for Cats and Dogs.
I spent nearly a year prior to opening Premier Cats Hotel, volunteering at the Blue Cross Rescue Centre for Cats & Dogs this gave me valuable insight as to what was involved with the day to day routines within a kennels & cattery environment.
I am happy to administer medication to your cat, according to veterinary instructions. As well as being able to inject insulin to diabetic cats.
